AI Agent Design & Discovery Workshops
I run workshops with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities for agentic AI, then own the work from there. That covers initial scope, conversation and workflow design, tooling, evaluation, and launch, followed by iteration once the agent is live. Each stage produces artifacts an engineering team can build from, including agent blueprints, requirements, and success metrics.

This is a half-day session that maps one named business process you specify in advance. You receive a written agent blueprint within three business days, covering workflow design, requirements, and success metrics. No discovery call is required.

Background
I bring fifteen years of software delivery experience across technical programme management and product delivery leadership. I served as Technical Programme Manager at bp from May 2022 to October 2025. Before that, I led delivery orchestration at Autino from 2020 to 2022, where I introduced pair programming as a practice the team designed for itself rather than one handed down from above. I started out as a software engineer at Jtrix, where the team worked with Extreme Programming practices in 2001. Since November 2025, I have coached a business owner through adopting Claude Cowork and building Claude Skills tailored to their own operations.
Case Studies
Local authority data collation
I built a Claude Skill paired with deterministic Python validation to collate stray dog returns from three UK local authorities into one canonical, auditable dataset. The pipeline found two genuine arithmetic errors inside the councils' own published figures, and I verified both against the original source PDFs. The design keeps extraction as agent judgement and validation as separate deterministic code, so each check can be trusted independently of the model.
Ongoing Claude Cowork adoption coaching
Since November 2025, I have coached a small business owner through adopting Claude Cowork and building Claude Skills tailored to their operations. This engagement is still active, and it gives me direct, current evidence of what agentic AI adoption looks like inside a real business rather than a demo project.
Writing
This site will carry articles as I publish them. The first covers presenting through narrative before slides rather than starting from slide design. Further pieces will argue that agent skills should state their reasoning rather than just their steps, and will ask where AI adoption fits into the next phase of human work. Each article grows out of work I do directly with clients rather than commentary written from the sidelines.
